The JSSCD-150NC high-speed automatic circular saw machine is engineered for accurate and continuous cutting of round and square metal bars in medium- and high-volume production. It processes round bars from Ø40 to Ø150 mm and square bars from 40 to 115 mm with a Ø460 * 2.7 mm TCT circular saw blade.

The machine uses a stable 15° inclined sawing structure driven by an AC servo motor, precision ball screw and high-rigidity guide rail. This controlled inclined movement helps reduce cutting vibration, improve blade stability and maintain reliable cutting quality during continuous operation.

Automatic loading, servo feeding, hydraulic clamping, material detection, cutting, finished-piece counting, remnant separation and chip conveying are integrated into one production system. With feeding accuracy of ±0.05 mm and cut-length tolerance within ±0.10 mm, the JSSCD-150NC helps manufacturers reduce manual handling, improve material utilization and achieve consistent blank dimensions.

The specified raw-material requirements are:

• Material straightness or bending: no more than 3 mm per meter.
• Material tensile strength: no more than 1,800 N/mm².
• Material hardness: no more than HRC42.
• Raw-material ends should be relatively flat.
• Raw bars should not have major burrs, bevels, dents or other serious defects.

Actual cutting speed and saw-blade selection depend on material grade, hardness, bar size, cutting length and required surface quality.

A: The warranty period is 12 months from the date when the final acceptance certificate is signed by both parties. During the warranty period, free repairs and replacement of components are provided (except for cases of improper operation).
