130NC/X Multi-Purpose CNC Circular Saw for Aluminum Copper Alloy & PA Plastic

The JSSCD-130NC high-speed intelligent circular sawing machine is designed for accurate, continuous and automated cutting of metal round bars and square bars. It supports round-bar diameters from 40 to 135 mm and square bars from 40 to 105 mm, making it suitable for batch blank preparation in metalworking and component manufacturing.

The machine uses a 15° inclined sawing structure driven by an AC servo motor, precision ball screw and high-rigidity guide rail. Compared with conventional vertical-feed structures, the inclined feed provides smoother cutting resistance, improved transmission stability and reduced vibration during high-speed operation.

From automatic loading and servo feeding to hydraulic clamping, cutting, head-and-tail separation, finished-part counting and chip removal, the complete process can be controlled automatically. This helps manufacturers reduce manual handling, shorten auxiliary production time and maintain consistent cutting quality during long production runs.

1. Stable 15° Inclined Sawing Feed

   The inclined structure helps reduce sudden cutting loads, improves sawing smoothness and decreases unnecessary stress on the ball screw and saw blade.

2. High-Accuracy Servo Feeding

   The automatic feeding system uses an AC servo motor and precision ball screw to position the material.

3. Precision Gearbox and Blade Stabilizing System

   A proprietary saw-blade stabilizing system increases the rigidity of the blade-clamping area, reduces blade vibration and run out, and supports consistent cutting accuracy.

4. Automatic Lubrication and Safety Alarms

   The machine is equipped with air-pressure, lubrication-oil and hydraulic-pressure alarm functions. It can also stop and issue an alarm when the hydraulic or lubricating oil level falls below the specified safety level.

The standard material requirements specify material tensile strength of no more than 1,800 N/mm², hardness of no more than HRC42 and straightness or bending within 3 mm per meter. Both ends of the raw bar should be relatively flat and free from major burrs, bevels, dents or other serious defects.

Q1: What is your factory acceptance test method?

You can send us sample material to be cut, and we will perform a test cut using our machine. After the test is complete, we will provide you with detailed cutting data. (We will also send you a video of the machine cutting operation for your confirmation.)
