The H-330 CNC Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a CNC-controlled horizontal band sawing machine designed for efficient and stable cutting of metal materials. The H-330 combines mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and PLC control systems to automate the complete cutting cycle, including material feeding, workpiece clamping, saw frame movement and cutting. Its hydraulic system provides stepless control of the saw blade feed speed, allowing the cutting process to be adjusted according to different material and cutting requirements.

The machine features four saw blade speeds of 30/45/60/80 m/min, full-stroke hydraulic clamping and a rear hydraulic feeding system with grating ruler positioning. A single feeding stroke can reach 400 mm, while multiple feeding cycles can be used for longer cutting lengths.

For batch production, the H-330 supports automatic sawing, automatic counting and bundle cutting, helping reduce operator workload while maintaining consistent cutting performance. The manufacturer specifies a finished cutting dimensional accuracy of ±0.2 mm, with cut-face perpendicularity meeting national standards.

The H-330 uses a PLC control system and touchscreen human-machine interface to manage the main machine operations. After the preset quantity is completed, the machine automatically stops.

The workpiece is clamped using a hydraulic cylinder. The machine uses front and rear clamping arrangements so that at least one vise remains engaged during the cutting process, helping prevent workpiece movement and improving cutting stability.

The rear hydraulic feeding system uses a grating ruler positioning system to control material feeding. The single feeding stroke can be set from 2–400 mm, and multiple feeding cycles can be performed when a longer feeding distance is required.

The H-330 can be equipped with a bundle cutting device. Multiple workpieces can be arranged within the specified working width and height, allowing several pieces to be cut simultaneously for higher production efficiency.

The saw blade guide system uses adjustable left and right guide arms, guide wheels and wear-resistant guide blocks. The guide system helps maintain the blade position during cutting and reduce vibration.

The machine is equipped with an automatic broken-blade stop function. If the saw blade breaks, the machine automatically stops to help protect the equipment and improve operational safety.

A passive wire-wheel chip removal device cleans chips from the saw blade. Cooling fluid assists the cleaning process, helping prevent chips from blocking the blade gullets and contributing to longer blade service life.

The machine uses a welded steel-plate base and saw frame with vibration-aging treatment. The structure is designed to reduce welding deformation and maintain long-term stability. The transmission system uses worm gear transmission and is precision balanced to reduce vibration during operation.
