The JSSCD-300NC uses servo motor control combined with precision ball screw transmission to achieve stable and accurate feeding.

The machine base is manufactured from HT250 high-quality cast iron and treated through high-temperature tempering and aging processes. This provides excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and long-term operational stability compared with welded steel structures.
The hydraulic clamping system adopts horizontal and vertical clamping structures to firmly hold workpieces during cutting. Alloy steel jaws are heat treated to achieve hardness above HRC58, ensuring wear resistance and long service life.
