The GB4240X 45° Angle Cutting Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a heavy-duty metal cutting solution designed for high-precision angle cutting applications. The machine adopts a welded box-type structure with high rigidity, ensuring stable operation during heavy-duty cutting. The integrated hydraulic and cooling systems help improve cutting efficiency, extend saw blade life, and maintain cutting accuracy.

1. 0°-45° Adjustable Angle Cutting
The saw frame can rotate between 0° and 45°, allowing flexible angle cutting for different workpiece requirements. The angle adjustment system is equipped with positioning control for accurate operation.
2. Large Cutting Capacity
The GB4240X provides strong cutting capability, supporting large-section metal materials with a maximum cutting capacity of:

3. Hydraulic Clamping System

A: You can send us sample material to be cut, and we will perform a test cut using our machine. After the test is complete, we will provide you with detailed cutting data. (We will also send you a video of the machine cutting operation for your confirmation.)
