Product Introduction

The B65 Heavy-Duty Metal Band Saw Machine is designed for high-capacity metal cutting applications, with a maximum cutting capacity of Ø650 mm for round bar and 650 × 650 mm for square and angle bar.

Equipped with hydraulic clamping, hydraulic feeding, and hydraulic saw band tensioning, the B65 provides stable workpiece handling and consistent saw band operation during heavy-duty cutting.

The machine features a 20–100 m/min saw band speed with frequency conversion, allowing the cutting speed to be adjusted according to different materials and cutting conditions. A 7.5 kW main motor, combined with a 1.5 kW hydraulic motor and 1.2 kW cooling motor, provides the power required for large-section metal cutting applications.
