The JSSCD-160NC High-Speed Intelligent Circular Saw Machine is an automated metal cutting solution designed for high-efficiency and high-precision cutting of round bars and square materials.

The machine adopts a horizontal push-type cutting structure driven by a servo motor and precision ball screw. Compared with conventional structures, this design provides stable blade feeding, precise control, and reduced vibration during cutting. The JSSCD-160NC integrates automatic feeding, hydraulic clamping, servo-controlled cutting, automatic material separation, mist lubrication, chip removal, automatic lubrication, and CNC control. 1. Stable Horizontal Push-Type Feeding

   The JSSCD-160NC uses a servo motor and ball screw horizontal push feeding system, ensuring smooth and stable cutting with adjustable feed speed. It also includes overload protection with automatic stop and alarm.

2. High-Precision Servo Feeding System

   Driven by an AC servo motor and ball screw, the system ensures stable feeding without slipping.
   Feeding range: 10–750 mm, speed: 5–20 m/min, accuracy: ±0.05 mm.

3. High Cutting Accuracy

   Cutting precision is stable with verticality tolerance ≤±0.1/100 mm.
   Length accuracy: ±0.1 mm (bars), ±0.15 mm (tubes).
   Cutting loss: ≤2.7 mm.

4. Rigid Cast-Iron Machine Bed

   HT250 cast iron bed with heat treatment ensures high rigidity, stability, and impact resistance for continuous cutting.

5. High-Rigidity Spindle and Gearbox

   Uses precision gears and SKF/NSK bearings. The alloy steel spindle is dynamically balanced, with a damping system to reduce vibration and improve stability.

6. Hydraulic Multi-Point Clamping

   Hydraulic front and rear clamping with adjustable pressure ensures stable workpiece holding during high-speed cutting.

7. Automatic Loading and Feeding

   Automatically loads bundled materials and feeds bars one by one. Position detection ensures consistent feeding and reduces manual work.

8. Automatic Material Separation

   Automatically separates finished products, head, and tail materials to improve workflow efficiency.

9. Mist Lubrication and Cooling

   Uses adjustable mist lubrication with cold-cutting oil to reduce heat, improve blade life, and lower oil consumption.

10. Automatic Chip Removal

    Chain-type chip conveyor automatically removes cutting chips to keep the working area clean.

11. Automatic Blade Cleaning

    A wire brush removes chips from the saw blade to prevent secondary cutting and extend blade life.

12. CNC Control and Automation

    PLC + touchscreen control system enables full CNC operation. Ethernet interface supports production line integration.

13. Automatic Lubrication

    Automatic lubrication system ensures regular oiling of key parts with low-oil alarm and visual monitoring.

14. Optional Oil Mist Collector
