Product Introduction
Remove particulate matter from oil, absorb moisture, adsorb oxides, and provide a high-quality solution for oil purification!
Suitable for: precision purification of spark oil, hydraulic oil, quenching oil, stamping oil, insulating oil and other oils.
Notes:
1. Correctly connect to 220V power supply;
2. Prohibit inhaling debris such as iron shavings, aluminum shavings, and rags;
3. Non professional electricians are not allowed to open the electrical box;
4. First connect the inlet and outlet pipes for initial use;
5. If the alarm light of the buzzer lights up and emits a "drip drip" alarm sound during the operation of the equipment, observe the pressure gauge on the control panel. If the pressure gauge reading is around 0.35mpa, replace the filter element;
6. To avoid cross contamination of oil products, it is recommended to filter only one type of oil product per device;
7. After the equipment is used, it is necessary to regularly clean the debris inside the pre filter tank;
8. If you encounter a problem that cannot be solved, please contact the manufacturer, explain the specific problem to the manufacturer, collaborate with the manufacturer's technical team to analyze the problem correctly, guide the manufacturer to solve it, and do not disassemble the equipment without authorization.
