Product Description
The oil-water separator is a cutting fluid oil-water separator that integrates oil removal, impurity removal, and deodorization. Three stage separation, efficient operation of imported skimming steel strip, visible separation effect, with an oil-water separation rate of up to 98%. The oil-water separator is equipped with a nano aeration sterilization device, which can kill anaerobic bacteria in the cutting fluid and effectively prevent the cutting fluid from odorizing and deteriorating. Cutting fluid oil-water separation makes the cutting fluid cleaner and has a longer service life.
operational principle
The inlet pipe extracts cutting fluid containing impurities, powder, and spoiled odors. After high-speed operation through centrifugal technology, the cutting fluid separates oil and water quickly. The unique patented internal structure can effectively remove the powder mixed in the cutting fluid, further purify the cutting fluid on the basis of oil-water separation, sterilization and deodorization, and effectively extend the service life of the cutting fluid!
