Product Introduction:
The high-speed centrifugal purifier is a mobile device used to purify cutting fluid. Under the action of high-speed centrifugation, it can achieve pure physical high-precision oil liquid powder three-phase separation without using any chemical additives. It efficiently removes micron sized particles, bacteria, and floating oil without breaking the emulsion, resulting in high cleanliness purification of cutting fluid.
Applicable scenarios:
metal processing fluids, cleaning water, oily wastewater, grinding fluids, degreasing fluids, rolling fluids, saponification fluids, cooling fluids, and other industrial oil-water separations.
Main functions, applications, and features of the device:
1. Oil removal, deodorization, powder removal, high cleanliness purification;
2. Stable, convenient and mobile, one machine can manage one workshop;
3. Efficient oil and powder removal, floating oil removal rate can reach 99.5%, and powder filtration accuracy can reach 2 microns; Greatly extend the service life of cutting fluid;
4. The removal rate of mold can reach 95%, effectively disrupting the growth of mold in the food chain. Mold is separated and adhered to the drum wall, ensuring the cleanliness of cutting fluid, reducing mechanical component wear, and improving workpiece processing accuracy;
5. Some micrometer sized oxidized metals, dissolved oil droplets, and mold are acidic substances. After separation, the alkalinity of the cutting fluid can be effectively maintained, eliminating the odor and allergens of the cutting fluid and improving the working environment in the workshop;
6. Micro sized metal particles are effectively separated, resulting in a decrease in the conductivity of the cutting fluid;
7. Physical separation does not destroy the original composition state of the cutting fluid, and the concentration remains basically unchanged after separation and purification, without affecting the basic properties and functions of the cutting fluid;
8. No consumables, only 1 kWh of electricity is consumed per hour.
