Compared with carbide tools, PCD tools have a hardness that is 3-4 times higher.Wear resistance and life is 50-100 times higher;Cutting speed can be increased 5-20 times;The roughness can reach Ra0.05 m,Professional for copper, aluminum alloy, hard alloy, graphite, ceramics and high - hard wear - resistant materials finishing.It has the characteristics of long service life, high production efficiency, high surface finish and high processing precision.
