   Diamond polishing knife is composed of two materials: PCD polycrystalline diamond rough throwing knife and ND natural diamond fine (fine) throwing knife, in turn installed in the special polishing knife plate can be in the diamond polishing machine, grinding machine and CNC center (CNC) or milling machine equipment on the acrylic plate, one time to complete rough and fine polishing.

1) In the process of processing different materials, to achieve different effects of the knife selection process, it is recommended to use the tool with a short edge as far as possible.
Because the cutting edge is too long or the tool body is too long will cause the processing of the tuning and deflection, resulting in tool damage and processing product quality.
2) Must use the appropriate size of the jacket, due to serious wear or not enough round and inner hole with taper jacket, can not provide enough clamping strength, resulting in vibration or twist the handle and fly off.
3) When the tool is found to have uneven contact marks or grooves on the tool handle after clamping, it indicates that there is slip or deformation of the inner hole of the fixture.
The jacket should be replaced immediately.
The tool handle and jacket must be fully tightened and firm, in order to encourage the tool handle fracture or accident.
4) Keep the tool clean after work, and use standard industrial solvents to remove dirt sticking on the tool.
5) Do not arbitrarily from the grinding tool and change the tool type, because each grinding process requires professional grinding equipment and professional grinding skills.
Otherwise, it is easy to cause knife edge fracture and accidents.
