This automatic pole seam-welding machine is specially designed for monopoles, high-mast poles, 5G communication poles, and standard street light poles. It is an automated longitudinal closing & welding line that delivers consistent, high-quality welds on medium-size polygonal and conical poles — especially poles with a single longitudinal seam. The motorized trolley pulls the pole through the welding zone at an adjustable speed, while hydraulic cylinders drive pressure wheels to clamp the pole tightly during welding. The result: a straight, torsion-free seam with minimal deformation — cycle after cycle.
