HM1900/14000 CNC pole shut-welding machine is specially developed for longitudinal closing seam automatic welding of long tapered poles, including 5G communication poles, power monopoles and high mast poles. It is applicable for one-piece, two-piece or three-piece conical round and polygonal poles.
The equipment adopts gantry fixed structure matched with welding system, servo-driven adjustable-speed V-shaped trolley for pole transportation. Hydraulic clamping rollers close the pole seam while welding proceeds simultaneously. For two-segment two-seam poles, after finishing the first welding seam, lifting rollers jack up and rotate the pole automatically to position for secondary seam welding.

But for workpieces requiring high penetration within 20~25mm, molten steel filling may be insufficient. We suggest adding submerged arc surfacing welding after primary welding. |
