HM2500/14000 heavy-duty CNC pole shut welding machine is specially optimized for large-caliber thick-walled tapered steel poles. It realizes fully automatic longitudinal seam closing and submerged arc welding for 14m ultra-long light poles and communication poles.

This equipment supports 1-piece, 2-piece and 3-piece assembled pole structures, covering round tapered poles, octagonal poles and multi-sided polygonal poles. Adopting fixed gantry welding system plus servo synchronous moving V-shaped trolley, the machine completes hydraulic seam closing and continuous welding synchronously with high stability.

For double-seam poles, the system supports automatic lifting and pole rotation, realizing secondary seam welding without manual repositioning. It greatly improves continuous production efficiency for large-diameter pole manufacturing plants.
