CNCS400/12000 CNC pole shut-welding machine adopts full CNC full servo design equipped with independent submerged arc welding system. Specially developed for long conical round poles and octagonal street light poles, it realizes automatic clamping, self-adaptive taper adjustment and one-time full-length longitudinal seam welding. Without hydraulic structure, the equipment avoids oil leakage failure and cuts daily maintenance cost greatly. Submerged arc welding brings spatter-free, glare-free and smooth weld surface without polishing. It only needs one operator, becoming ideal automated equipment for mass production of municipal lighting poles.

• Superior Submerged Arc Welding Effect: Zero welding spatter, no strong arc light, smooth and flat weld surface without secondary polishing. Welded poles keep complete round outline, free of burn-through, indentation and flattening (if raw material without internal stress distortion).
• Full CNC Automatic Adaptive Control: Equipped with 3 sets of adjustable presser feet + V-slot support table. The CNC system auto adjusts clamping pressure, presser foot position and trolley speed following pole taper and diameter change, no frequent manual tuning during batch production.
• Hydraulic-Free Low Maintenance Structure: Cancel hydraulic assembly to completely eliminate oil leakage faults, reduce failure rate and daily maintenance workload for stable long-term running.
• Ultra-Short Head & Tail Unwelded Margin: Optimized welding stroke covers pole full length from top to bottom. Residual unwelded section is extremely short, no extra manual repair welding required.
• Surface Protection Design: Three groups presser feet disperse extrusion force on pole surface to prevent indentation. Trolley fast return design lowers labor intensity; V-slot table simplifies pole loading operation.
