4. Cutting (Manual plasma cutter prepared by customer)

5. Double edge slitting unit.

It is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole.

It is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit.

It is for control the straight cutting. By change the position of the slitting blade to get different width fr different size light pole sheet.

Double blades type edge slitting unit with motor and gear box.

6. Taper slitting unit

The taper slitting machine is based on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit.

It is for control the taper cutting degree. By change the position of the stopper on dolly to control the taper slitting rate.

Clamping sheet dolly, one piece

Single blades type edge slitting unit with motor and gear box.

What is the difference with our standard cut to length and economical one?

Compared with standard cut to length, the economical type does not have:

1) hydraulic guiding-pressing, shovel-head, pinch and feeding device

The user must use crane to lift and guild the sheet head to the leveling unit

2) hydraulic swing beam shearing machine: QC12Y-6X2000

The user must use manual plasma cutter machine to cut the sheet.

Communication with customers

Customer: How to cut sheet with one side small width and one side big width sheet by this machine?

Supplier: First, there is a double edge slitting unit, it is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole,

    and then we can use our taper slitting unit to cut the steel sheet into 2 pieces with one side small and one side bigger sheet.

    There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the taper cutting degree. By change the position of the stopper on dolly

    to control the taper slitting rate.

Customer: How many models do you have for cut to length?

Supplier: We have three kinds, Model No. 6X1600 - 12 meters (for the maximum cutting length 12 meters), Model No. 6X1600 - 14 meters

              (the maximum cutting length 14 meters) and Model No. 6X1600 - 16 meters (for the maximum cutting length 16 meters).

Customer: How long is your quality guarantee period?

Supplier: Our machine quality guarantee is 1 year. Once the machine arrives customer workshop, we will send engineers for machine installation, commissioning and training. You can also send engineers to our workshop for operation study before machine delivery.
