Description:
The horizontal milling machine X6140 belongs to general milling machine tool, which are suitable to volume production, individual production, machining department, tools and repairing department and so on.
Cylindrical milling cutter, angular milling cutter, formed cutter and rose cutter may be installed on the machine to work all kinds of plane, bevel, groove and gear and so on. Some accessories may be used, such as universal milling head, swivel table and dividing head, which can expand the machining range.
The table of milling machine can be swiveled 45 degrees left or right. The machine can machining all kinds of helical surfaces if adopt dividing head when table is swiveled to certain angle.
The milling machine can process plane(horizontal plane, vertical plane), slot(keyway, T-slot, dovetail slot and etc.) Split-tooth parts(gears, spindle shafts, sprockets), spiral surfaces(threads, thread slots) and various surfaces.In addition, it can slao be used to cut off the surface of the rotary body and the internal control machining.
