1. Drawing confirmation

    Every pcs before production. Our engineers will have a complete check to make sure all the technical requirement are specified by the customer. We will make an estimation of the drawing with the real machining condition to make sure we can meet the requirements.

2. Technical plan

   For each part,  we will make the most cost effective machining mothod to save cost on basis of qualified parts. The future machining plan will follow this plan.  

3.  Quality check. 

     During machining, we check the first part to make sure all the machining process is correct. During machining, the parts are checked after each quantity is finished to avoid the unqualified parts caused by the unexpected factors.

4. Final check

    After finishing the machining, we have batch of parts checked to make sure the each dimensions in tolerance range.
