Fully Enclosed Dust-Proof Cabinet — The machine features a sealed steel cabinet equipped with double-layer door seals and a positive-pressure internal airflow design, effectively preventing working fluid mist, metal oxide dust, and fine wire particles from escaping into the workshop air. Linear guideways and ball screws are further protected by telescopic steel covers, extending component lifespan and minimizing lubricant contamination.
Eco-Friendly Recirculating Working Fluid System — A closed-loop filtration unit processes the working fluid through multi-stage sedimentation, magnetic separation, and cartridge filtration, removing particles as small as 5 μm. The system monitors the conductivity and pH of the recirculated fluid in real-time, automatically managing replenishment and adjustments. Compared to "once-through" (single-discharge) systems, this setup reduces water consumption by up to 80% and eliminates the need for frequent wastewater treatment.
High-Speed ​​Cutting Performance — An advanced pulse power supply delivers high-frequency, low-energy discharges optimized for rapid material removal. Cutting speeds on standard steel reach 200–300 mm²/min, with peak performance exceeding 350 mm²/min under optimized conditions. An intelligent constant-tension wire feed system minimizes the risk of wire breakage, ensuring cutting stability when processing thick workpieces and complex contours. Precision and Surface Quality — A closed-loop position feedback system utilizing high-resolution linear scales ensures a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a repeatability of ±0.003 mm. Through multi-pass cutting technology (comprising one roughing pass followed by one or more finishing passes), surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.8 μm, meeting the requirements of numerous mold and tooling manufacturing applications without the need for secondary polishing. Intelligent CNC System — The color touchscreen controller supports G-code, ISO code, and the direct import of DXF/AutoCAD files. Real-time monitoring functions display cutting progress, wire tension, working fluid levels, and filter status.
