This flange sleeve is precision‑machined from high‑grade brass material. Brass delivers excellent thermal conductivity superior corrosion resistance and good machinability which makes it ideal for flange‑type cylindrical connection parts. We adopt CNC turning and milling composite process to machine multi‑hole flanges positioning slots and inner bore in one clamping.
The brass material brings good self‑lubricating property reducing wear during assembly and operation. Strict dimensional control ensures flange hole position accuracy and coaxiality of inner bore. Apart from brass we support diversified material options to satisfy different project operating conditions.
