We produce custom CNC‑machined aluminum housings, split flanges and complex structural components. Aluminum brings lightweight, high strength‑to‑weight ratio and excellent machinability. Thin‑wall structure, uneven wall thickness and complex multi‑feature flange geometry are common processing challenges for this series of parts.
Challenge: Thin‑wall aluminum flanges are prone to vibration, deformation and dimensional distortion during high‑speed milling, resulting in flatness and assembly hole tolerance out‑of‑spec.
Solution: We adopt optimized low‑vibration clamping strategy, layered rough‑finish machining process, and stress‑relief treatment before finishing. Effectively reduce part deformation, guarantee flatness and mounting hole position tolerance for assembly requirements.
Our aluminum‑focused CNC service also supports many other metal & engineering plastic materials. Parts apply for robotics, automation equipment, automotive and general industrial machinery.
