Produced strictly following customer CAD drawings, it meets strict requirements for load-bearing capacity, bending resistance, assembly positioning accuracy, and lightweight performance for robot leg assemblies. 5-axis CNC machining completes multi-angle milling, cavity milling, boring, drilling, and tapping within a single clamping setup, eliminating accumulated positioning errors caused by repeated fixture re-clamping.
