The 5 axis version CNC-6036 is a gantry machining center with excellent performance. It was develped and produced by our company. The castings used in the fuselage are made of high-strength materials, providing ultra-high rigidity and stability for the fuselage, ensuring that there will be no any deformation and other problems in the processing process. The machine is equipped with a large size worktable of 6000mm*2600mm, and the ultimate load of the worktable is 28T. The huge size worktable and excellent load capacity make this machine to be the perfect choice for heavy processing.
The spindle is also made of highly rigid materials, strong vibration resistance, to ensure that the tool can maintain good stability during processing and will not cause any accuracy problems. Three axis adopts strong steel rectangular guide rail, can withstand heavy cutting. All three axes are using Mitsubishi servomotor and direct transmission, which can providing strong power and ensuring the feed accuracy under strong bearing capacity.
