This TV-600 is a high speed and high precision CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center. The base, saddle, table, column and other main structures of this machine are made of high quality materials and have undergone secondary annealing treatment to ensure high rigidity and stability of the structure. This machine is equipped with 200 liter water tank, and equipped with rear row crumbs, the drainage channel inclination angle is large, chip liquid re-flux speed is fast, can quickly wash away the chip, achieve the function of rapid chip removal, effectively avoid the problem of chip accumulation. All three axis use high-torque motors, which can provide 1G acceleration and achieve 0-60m in 0.21 seconds. Straight drive spindle, no noise and vibration problems. It's suitable for tapping 2-D and 3-D surface of various small parts with multiple working faces. The spindle speed range is 12000 RPM. The TV-600 CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center is also using Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System which is called TIDD heat source barrier spindle drive system. It can effectively block the motor heat conduction to the spindle, can greatly reduce the thermal elongation of the spindle.
