The 4 axis DM-850 is a vertical CNC machining center with ultra-high performance and ideal for heavy machining. It is suitable for parts machining and mold making. It can adapt to the processing requirements from roughing to finishing, and can complete various processes such as milling, drilling, tapping and boring. The spindle that we equip in this machine is imported from Taiwan. The maximum speed of this spindle is up to 12000RPM, and the maximum cutting feed speed is up to 10000RPM. The way of the spindle is to use the hydraulic mechanism, the spindle is evenly stressed when the knife is being cut, and the life of the bearing is prolonged. The fuselage and main components are high-strength cast iron, and the metallographic structure is stable, ensuring the stability of long-term use of the machine. The bottom of the column is A-shaped bridge span structure, combined with the large box base, greatly reducing the vibration of the fuselage during heavy cutting. All the castings of the machine have been secondary temerped to provide extremely high rigidity and stability to the whole machine.
