Cast steel gate gantry drill
The cast steel gate gantry drill for cast steel gate is used for turning and drilling of forged steel, cast steel (steel) gate valves, stop valves, butterfly valves, etc. The cutting depth is up to 10mm. The equipment is efficient, convenient, stable and reliable.
Main features
The cast steel gate gantry drill for cast steel gate plate adopts a horizontal layout. The worktable performs linear reciprocating motion in the X direction. The double-sided gate plate groove is symmetrically processed by double cutter heads, and the single-sided gate plate groove is processed in one direction up and down. The worktable and the guide rail surface are parallel. There are two working stations, one for milling double-sided gate plate grooves and the other for milling single-sided gate plate grooves. The up and down movement of the double-sided cutter head is manually adjusted, and the forward and backward movement is automatic. The up and down movement of the single-sided cutter head is automatic, and the left and right front and back movements are fixed.
Main components
The cast steel gate gantry drill and lathe is mainly composed of bed, worktable, slide, spindle box and other large parts, all of which are made of high-strength cast iron materials. The modeling is resin sand process, and two aging treatments are performed to eliminate stress.
Application
Cast steel gate gantry drill is mainly used for processing valve gate parts. It can continuously complete the precise processing of milling, expanding and boring in one clamping. The processing is programmed, which shortens the production cycle and enables users to obtain good economic benefits.
