The multi-station turning, drilling and tapping combination machine is a special machine tool for groove butterfly valve processing. It applies a number of Vicord CNC exclusive patents and can realize multi-head simultaneous turning, milling, boring, drilling and tapping processing, thereby improving the standardization, efficiency and automation of the pump, pipe and valve processing industry.
Main features
1. The multi-station turning, drilling and tapping machine is independently completed by our company from design to production. Our company has rich industry experience, professional technical team and advanced machining workshop and equipment, and controls the design and quality of products from the source.
2. The purchased parts such as spindle, screw, gear, bearing, etc. are all domestic high-quality first-line brands.
3. High processing accuracy. The centerline valve stem hole has a simultaneous axiality of less than 0.056, a symmetry of less than 0.1, and a stable processing size.
4. Adopt Vicord dedicated CNC system (Nanjing Huaxing or Guangdong CNC system can be selected), the system is stable and easy to operate, and the domestic general CNC programming language is adopted, which greatly reduces the learning cost and is very simple to operate.
Main components
The left and right sides of the multi-station turning, drilling and tapping machine are composed of boring heads and CNC mobile slides. The feeding is controlled by Nanjing Huaxing servo system, and can also be fed and processed separately. The middle part is composed of hydraulic rotary table, hydraulic clamps and other parts. It is also equipped with independent electrical cabinets, hydraulic stations, centralized lubrication devices, full protection, water cooling systems, automatic chip removal devices and other parts. The multi-station turning, drilling and tapping machine adopts manual loading and unloading and hydraulic clamping.
