The multi-station turning, drilling and tapping combination machine is a special machine tool for groove butterfly valve processing. It applies a number of Vicord CNC exclusive patents and can realize multi-head simultaneous turning, milling, boring, drilling and tapping processing, thereby improving the standardization, efficiency and automation of the pump, pipe and valve processing industry.
Main features
1. The product is independently completed by our company from design to production. Our company has rich industry experience, professional technical team and advanced machining workshop and equipment to control the design and quality of products from the source.
2. Purchased parts such as spindles, lead screws, gears, bearings, etc. are all domestic high-quality first-line brands.
3. Vicord dedicated CNC system is adopted (Nanjing Huaxing or Guangdong CNC system can be selected). The system is stable and easy to operate, and the domestic general CNC programming language is adopted, which greatly reduces the learning cost.
Main components
The left and right sides of the multi-station turning, drilling and tapping machine are composed of boring heads and CNC mobile slides, and the feeding is controlled by the CNC system; the third side is composed of 1 boring head, 2 drilling heads, 1 flange drilling head, and 1 tapping head; the 5 heads on the third side can move horizontally with the CNC slide to exchange positions, and can also be fed and processed separately; the middle is composed of hydraulic rotary table, hydraulic clamps and other parts. It is also equipped with independent electrical cabinets, hydraulic stations, centralized lubrication devices, full protection, water cooling systems, automatic chip removal devices and other parts. The workpiece is manually loaded and unloaded and hydraulically clamped.
