Six-station rotary table butterfly valve processing machine
The six-station rotary table butterfly valve processing machine is a special double-head CNC machine, which uses the bevel gear and cone gear on the lower chuck. The high-precision milling head is horizontally installed on the upper part of the column. The iron head can move forward and backward as a whole, and the milling head slide can also be retracted. The CNC workbench is installed on the guide rail of the dry column. The horizontal feed and rapid movement of the workbench are all CNC, and the workbench can also move up and down in the vertical plane. The machine tool is equipped with special fixtures and tools to feed the bevel gear and basin gear on the chuck. Adjusting the machine tool and fixture can realize multi-variety and large-scale processing of parts. The machine tool has good processing accuracy and high efficiency. The processing beat of the bevel gear machine tool is 4 minutes per piece, and the processing beat of the basin gear machine tool is 10 minutes per piece.
Main features
It can simultaneously complete the external turning, drilling, reaming, expanding the valve stem hole, and flange end drilling of the small flange surface of the butterfly valve.
1. High processing accuracy, the centerline valve stem hole and axial degree are less than 0.05, the symmetry is less than 0.10, and the processing size is stable.
2. High processing size uniformity. This machine tool adopts CNC control system, no repeated tool setting is required, and the dimensional stability and uniformity are improved.
3. Easy to operate, the machine tool adopts servo control, and those with CNC operation experience can understand it at a glance.
Main components
The machine tool is horizontally arranged, with a six-part rotating table and pneumatic fixtures in the middle. It is also equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, hydraulic station, and centralized lubrication device. When changing the type, the fixture positioning components and control program can be replaced to achieve the same processing of different types.

The machine tool is used for butterfly valve stem holes, flange surface drilling, and flange outer circle processing. It has high processing efficiency, high processing accuracy, stable processing dimensions, and convenient machine operation.
