The feed of the hydraulic horizontal multi-hole drilling machine for valve and pipe fittings processing all adopts the Vicord dedicated PLC system, which can perform drilling processing on the workpiece in processes such as end holes, center holes, tapered holes and spherical holes. This system has good compatibility, powerful functions and easy operation.
Main features
1. The guide rail of the feed table is made of high-quality gray cast iron, which is subjected to three tempering and aging treatments after casting rough machining and fine machining to fully eliminate residual internal stress. The surface of the guide rail is subjected to ultrasonic quenching treatment to a hardness of HRC55. Through high-precision guide rail grinding, the accuracy, rigidity and stability of the machine tool are guaranteed.
2. The transmission parts adopt precision ball screw transmission and interpolation measures are adopted to eliminate the gap to ensure the smooth transmission processing of the machine tool.
3. The power head adopts three-level manual speed change and high-power motor to achieve low-speed and high torque, can withstand heavy cutting loads, and improve processing efficiency.
4. The tooling adopts hydraulic automatic or manual clamping to improve efficiency and reduce personal labor intensity.
5. The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication to ensure that each moving part is fully lubricated and increase the service life of the machine tool.
Main components
The hydraulic horizontal multi-hole drilling machine for valve and pipe fitting processing is mainly composed of a bed, a power head, a feed PLC numerical control slide, and tooling. It is also equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, a cooling and automatic chip removal device, and has high protection.
