Description

In the field of valve applications, the bushing is inside the valve cover, and corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite are generally used for sealing.
Material: Generally, the drill sleeve will be made of hard alloy or alloy steel; the drill sleeve of the high-speed steel drill or reamer tool will generally be made of alloy steel or hard alloy.
Function: Drill sleeve, fixed drill sleeve, mainly used to determine the axis position of the drill, reaming drill, reamer and other fixed-size tools.
The drill sleeve is installed on the drill template or the clamping body, and its function is to determine the position of the machined hole on the workpiece, guide the tool for processing, and improve the rigidity of the tool during processing and prevent vibration during processing.
