Description

Vacuum coating technology mainly includes vacuum evaporation plating, vacuum sputtering plating, vacuum ion plating, vacuum beam deposition, chemical vapor deposition and other methods. In addition to the chemical vapor deposition method, several other methods have the following common features:
(1) Various coating technologies require a specific vacuum environment to ensure that the movement of vapor molecules formed during the heating, evaporation or sputtering process of the film-forming material will not be collided, blocked or interfered by a large number of gas molecules in the atmosphere, and Eliminate the adverse effects of impurities in the atmosphere.
(2) Various coating technologies require an evaporation source or target to convert the evaporated material into gas. Due to the continuous improvement of the source or target, the selection of film materials has been greatly expanded. Whether it is metal, metal alloy, intermetallic compound, ceramic or organic substance, various metal films and dielectric films can be vapor deposited, and it can also be used at the same time. Vapor deposition of different materials to obtain a multilayer film.
(3) The film thickness of the evaporated or sputtered film-forming material can be accurately measured and controlled during the process of forming a film with the workpiece to be plated, so as to ensure the uniformity of the film thickness.
