Description
Wire cutting, as the name suggests, is through copper wire or molybdenum wire (usually called this wire "wire", because this wire is usually very thin.) The type of wire cutting, generally speaking, we call it a wire machine. The wire machine is generally divided into fast wire, slow wire and medium wire. The biggest difference between them is that the speed is different when cutting materials, and the other can be used. The "silk" is not the same.
The wire cutting process generally needs to be cut through. It cannot be used to cut blind holes or pits. This is one of the conditions. The second condition is that the wire cutting hole must be perpendicular to the cutting surface. , A little angle can still be cut, but if you want to wire-cut the bell mouth with a larger angle, you need to make some corresponding adjustments artificially. The angle is too large to be processed by the current wire cutting process.
Tungsten carbide is a compound composed of tungsten and carbon, with a molecular formula of WC and a molecular weight of 195.85. It is a black hexagonal crystal with metallic luster and hardness similar to that of diamond. It is a good conductor of electricity and heat. Tungsten carbide is insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, but easily soluble in a mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Pure tungsten carbide is fragile, and if a small amount of titanium, cobalt and other metals are added, the brittleness can be reduced.
