Features
1.1 Walnut shell grain was used as polishing abrasive,The advantages of clean and pollution-free, high cleaning quality and long service life of abrasive, etc.
1.2 The lifting speed of abrasive barrel can be adjusted according to different products, which can realize the functions of slow rising and fast falling.
1.3 It consists of three workstation,and 2 material tanks,one of the workstation is used foe loading and unloading while the other two workstions are used foe coarse polishing and fine polishing at the same time.
1.4 Each station consists of 32 hangers and each one can clamp 4-6PCS,about 25min can polished 4x32=192PCS(depend on the size of product)
1.5 Can suitable for some complex shape products that the cloth polishing wheel can’t polish.
1.6 The fixture can quick loading and unloading, flexible clamping, easy to operate.
1.7 Can polishing different products at the same time.
