The DZ-4ST-SE600 is a high-productivity 4-station automatic polishing machine designed for the hardware manufacturing industry. Four independent workstations operate simultaneously from a single programming cycle, quadrupling throughput compared to single-station machines. Each station accommodates workpieces up to 350mm in diameter, making it ideal for faucets, door handles, locks, and various architectural hardware components.
Safety is paramount — the complete polycarbonate enclosure with electromagnetic interlocks prevents access during operation. The integrated centralized automatic lubrication system minimizes maintenance while extending machine service life. The PLC intelligent controller stores up to 99 polishing recipes for quick changeover between different workpiece types.
