This precision CNC polishing machine combines high-speed polishing (up to 8000 RPM) with integrated deburring capability — eliminating sharp edges and surface imperfections in a single setup. Tight ±0.01mm tolerance control ensures every part meets automotive-grade quality specifications.
Built on a rigid cast iron base with HIWIN linear guides, the machine maintains geometric accuracy through extended production runs. The CNC controller supports complex 3D polishing paths for contoured automotive parts including engine covers, intake manifolds, exhaust tips, and decorative trim. Optional through-tool coolant delivery enables wet polishing for heat-sensitive materials.
