Characteristics
• Two grinding heads in five spindles each, synchronized rotation rate of five spindles, which has high efficiency and can quickly remove surface membrane line;
• Applicable to the stainless steel middle frame of mobile phone. The inner and outer 3.5D surface, side wall and plane of intelligent wearable glass products can be processed either at one time or separately.

Advantages
• Five working axes (x / Y / Z / C / controlled by five servo motor and five axis control software system separately. The grinding head groups of the polishing unit move linearly in the z-axis direction and rotates within the range of 0-360 ° in the c-axis (rotating axis). The product fixed fixture unit can move linearly in the X / Y-axis direction and 360 ° in the a-axis direction.
• 4 groups of high-speed grinding heads in 5 spindles (grinding heads with different consumables for multiple processes)can be switched quickly. The system can carry out automatic control, monitoring, counting and alarm and perform the whole process automatically. The CNC system can be controlled independently or compatible with the customer MES system to realize the control, monitoring, counting and alarm function.
• Different graphic codes are imported according to the products to perform automatic grinding; Servo motor linkage movement profiling, driving the product to make profiling movement cycle according to its own contour, so that the polishing effect of the product can meet the standard requirements.
• Surface roughness could be as low as Ra 0.02, high yield
• fully enclosed wet processing, no dust explosion hazard, environmental green.
