The CNC angle steel drilling production line is distinguished by a high level of automation, integrated with an automatic loading system—comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotary loading rack—an automatic unloading assembly, and an automatic material feeding module. All angle steel drilling operations and steel stamping marking processes can be accomplished in a single throughput of the production line, with no manual intervention required during the machining phase. This configuration significantly reduces the labor intensity for operating personnel.
The marking unit of the angle steel punching and marking production line features a closed-frame construction, providing exceptional structural rigidity and consistent operational stability. The marking assembly is outfitted with a bed support secured to the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulically actuated press-head character box. In accordance with instructions transmitted by the computer control system, marking operations are executed at the locations specified in the engineering drawings. To expand the machine’s processing scope, a manual adjustment mechanism has been additionally integrated. Utilizing this mechanism, the vertical position of the movable body—i.e., the position of the character head—can be regulated, enabling adaptation to the marking positions of angle steel products across various specifications.
The drilling process of the CNC transmission tower punching equipment achieves superior positional accuracy. The feeding mechanism of this production line is driven by a servo motor, with power transmission realized through a rack-and-pinion drive system. It is further equipped with a rack-and-pinion detection assembly and a position-sensing encoder for positional accuracy feedback, which collectively form a full closed-loop control architecture. Meanwhile, the movement of the drilling power head along the two flange directions of the angle steel is actuated by a servo motor and transmitted via a ball screw mechanism. This configuration ensures exceptional positional precision of the holes machined on angle steel workpieces.
The host computer is furnished with a Chinese-language interface, ensuring intuitive operability for general operators. It possesses the functionality to display workpiece diagrams and the coordinate dimensions of hole locations, thereby streamlining inspection procedures. Additionally, it supports the import of workpiece processing programs generated by professional programming software. The adoption of host computer-based management significantly enhances the storage and retrieval efficiency of processing programs.
These test specimens encompass a comprehensive range of standard specifications and hole configurations for angle steel utilized in transmission line tower construction. They enable potential clients or inspectors to conduct visual validation of the equipment’s operational performance, thereby furnishing tangible and intuitive references for assessing whether the equipment complies with the practical production requirements of transmission line tower fabrication.
In ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission line projects—where transmission towers are required to withstand severe weather conditions and heavy-duty loads—this equipment serves a pivotal function in processing angle steel components for the towers’ primary load-bearing frameworks.
