2. Centering Device
This device is configured with 5 sets of centering and positioning mechanisms, wherein the two centering blocks are synchronously driven and guided by precision guide rails. During operational cycles, the air cylinder actuates the two pairs of centering blocks to move toward each other, realizing accurate centering and secure clamping of the sheet material. Linear positioning capability ensures that width deviations are evenly distributed on both sides of the sheet, sustaining consistent processing precision.

3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This beam punching machine line comprises a servo motor, precision reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail, precision rack, and support structures. The servo motor transmits power to drive the helical gear into rotation via the precision reducer, and further converts rotational motion into linear motion through the rack mechanism. Guided by the precision linear slide rail, the feeding components execute accurate feeding operations, ensuring precise and stable sheet material conveyance.
