1. Bed and Worktable:
The bed and worktable are fabricated from gray cast iron (HT250) as one-piece castings, subjected to secondary annealing and aging treatments, followed by precision machining to ensure outstanding dynamic and static rigidity with no deformation. The worktable surface is furnished with precision-machined T-slots in an optimized layout, facilitating secure workpiece clamping. The bed base is equipped with two high-precision linear guideways on each side, ensuring even force distribution across the guideway carriages and substantially enhancing the machine tool’s rigidity as well as tensile and compressive resistance. The drive system adopts AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for bilateral drive, enabling the gantry to traverse along the Y-axis. Adjustable leveling bolts are strategically positioned on the bed base, allowing for convenient calibration of the bed and worktable’s horizontal alignment.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is constructed from gray cast iron (HT250), with two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guideways mounted on its front side. A set of precision ball screw assemblies, paired with a servo motor, facilitates the X-axis movement of the power head slide. Drilling power heads are affixed to the power head slide for operational execution.

3. Moving Saddle:
The moving saddle is a precision-cast iron structural component, engineered for optimal rigidity and operational stability. It is outfitted with two high-load-capacity CNC linear guideways, a set of precision ball screw assemblies, and a high-precision planetary gear reducer coupled to an AC servo motor. A nitrogen gas counterbalance cylinder is integrated into the design, offsetting the weight of the power head to minimize load on the ball screw and prolong its service lifespan. The assembly drives the drilling power head to execute Z-axis movement, enabling core functions including rapid traverse, working feed, rapid retraction, and precise positioning stop. It is also equipped with automatic chip breaking, chip evacuation, and program pause capabilities to enhance machining efficiency and process control.
