The CNC angle drilling and marking machine line is engineered for the drilling and stamping of large, high-strength angle steel utilized in transmission line towers. Product Features:
1. Advanced Automation. The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading system (incorporating a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automatic unloading system, and an automatic feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are carried out in a single process on this line. The entire workflow is fully automated, removing the need for manual involvement and thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity for operators.
2. The drilling spindle is fitted with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (featuring internal coolant), ensuring exceptional drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit is equipped with six CNC drilling heads, with three located on each wing of the angle steel. The corresponding heads on both sides can simultaneously drill holes of the same diameter and at identical intervals from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.
3. The software is equipped with a bilingual Chinese/English interface, ensuring intuitive operation and the capability to display workpiece drawings.
4. Programming is simple and efficient; users need only input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity when creating the program. Alternatively, CAD/CAM lofting software can be utilized for direct file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
5. Essential hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are procured from reputable, high-performance brands.
6. The system is integrated with a self-diagnostic feature for failure detection.
7. The shearing unit is available as an option and employs a dual-blade cutting system.

They allow prospective users or inspectors to visually evaluate the operational performance of the equipment, providing clear and tangible references to assess whether the equipment meets the practical production needs of transmission line tower manufacturing.
