Equipment Structure:

The machine base is made from cast material and includes critical components such as the worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective enclosure, circulating cooling system, digital control unit, electrical system, and other integral parts. It is equipped with rolling hard rail pairs for stable support and guidance, as well as precision lead screw pairs for driving motion. The machine is characterized by its superior positioning accuracy and exceptional repeatability in positioning.

1. Automatic Lubrication and Protective System:

This machine is equipped with an original Taiwanese volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication system, which ensures continuous lubrication of moving components such as guide rails, lead screws, and racks, eliminating dead zones and extending the machine's service life. The X-axis and Y-axis are fitted with dust-proof shields, and a waterproof splash guard is installed around the worktable to protect against debris and coolant splashes.

2. Central Water Outlet System:

The machine is standardly equipped with a central water outlet system. This internal system effectively prevents iron chips from accumulating on the tool during processing, reducing tool wear and extending tool life. It also enhances the surface finish of the workpiece while safeguarding its surface. The system protects the high-speed rotary joint by preventing impurities from obstructing it, ultimately improving the overall quality of the workpiece and boosting operational efficiency.

3. Automatic Chip Conveyor and Circulating Cooling System:

An automatic chip conveyor is installed at the rear of the workbench, equipped with a filter at the end. The conveyor uses a flat chain design, and a cooling pump is positioned on one side. The outlet is connected to the central water filtration system via a hose. The coolant flows into the chip conveyor, where the lift pump circulates the coolant into the central filtering system. The high-pressure cooling pump then recirculates the filtered coolant for cutting and cooling operations.

The system is also equipped with a trolley for easy scrap transport, enhancing convenience when handling iron chips. Both internal and external tool cooling systems are included. During high-speed drilling, the tool is cooled via an internal water outlet, while external cooling is used for light milling operations.
