Product Features:
The CNC angle steel drilling production line is characterized by a high degree of automation, integrated with an automatic loading system—consisting of a transverse feeding channel and a rotary loading rack—an automatic unloading unit, and an automatic material feeding component. All angle steel drilling operations and steel stamping marking processes can be completed in a single pass through the production line, with no manual involvement required during the machining stage. This setup substantially lowers the labor intensity for operating staff.
The marking unit of the angle steel punching and marking production line incorporates a closed-frame structure, delivering exceptional structural rigidity and consistent operational stability. The marking assembly is equipped with a bed support affixed to the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulically driven press-head character box. In compliance with instructions transmitted by the computer control system, marking operations are performed at the locations specified in the engineering drawings. To expand the machine’s processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism has been additionally integrated. By utilizing this mechanism, the vertical position of the movable body—i.e., the position of the character head—can be adjusted, enabling adaptation to the marking positions of angle steel products across various specifications.
The drilling process of the CNC transmission tower punching equipment attains superior positional accuracy. The feeding mechanism of this production line is driven by a servo motor, with power transmission accomplished through a rack-and-pinion drive system. It is further equipped with a rack-and-pinion detection unit and a position-sensing encoder for positional accuracy feedback, which collectively constitute a full closed-loop control structure. Meanwhile, the movement of the drilling power head along the two flange directions of the angle steel is powered by a servo motor and transmitted via a ball screw mechanism. This configuration ensures exceptional positional precision of the holes machined on angle steel workpieces.
The host computer is equipped with a Chinese-language interface, ensuring intuitive operability for general operators. It is endowed with the functionality to display workpiece diagrams and the coordinate dimensions of hole locations, thereby optimizing inspection procedures. Furthermore, it supports the import of workpiece processing programs generated by professional programming software. The implementation of host computer-based management substantially enhances the efficiency of processing program storage and retrieval.
These test specimens cover a comprehensive spectrum of standard specifications and hole configurations for angle steel employed in transmission line tower construction. They allow potential clients or inspectors to perform visual verification of the equipment’s operational performance, thereby providing concrete and intuitive references for evaluating whether the equipment meets the practical production requirements of transmission line tower manufacturing.
In ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission line projects—where transmission towers are required to withstand harsh weather conditions and heavy-duty loads—this equipment plays a pivotal role in processing angle steel components for the towers’ primary load-bearing frameworks. It efficiently carries out drilling and stamping operations on angle steel used in tower bodies, cross-arms, and other critical structural parts, ensuring outstanding dimensional precision and reliable connection integrity.
