1. An essential, specialized drilling device tailored for the construction steel structure industry.
2. Capable of drilling holes on three surfaces of H-beams and channel steels simultaneously, delivering high precision and efficiency.
3. Equipped with 7 CNC axes, it automatically accomplishes accurate feeding and positioning operations.
4. Supports the recognition of AUTOCAD and DSTV workpiece drawings, and can convert them into machining programs.

 

 

Product Features

 

1. The feeding mechanism of the equipment employs a CNC carriage-based clamping and feeding system. This advanced configuration not only enables rapid material conveying to meet efficient production needs but also ensures exceptional positioning precision, effectively laying a solid foundation for stable and accurate subsequent machining processes.

 

 

2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized for drilling operations on the three surfaces of H-beams. It is equipped with carbide drill bits, and the spindle rotational speed can reach up to 3000rpm, ensuring high processing efficiency and excellent drilling performance. Additionally, the chips generated during the drilling process are transported via a chain-type chip conveyor.

 

 

3. The cooling system adopts mist cooling technology, integrating both internal and external cooling functions. Each drilling spindle box is equipped with a dedicated external cooling nozzle and an internal cooling connector, allowing selection based on specific drilling requirements. Internal and external cooling can be utilized independently or simultaneously.

 

 

4. An Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) system can be configured based on customer requirements. This system eliminates the need for manual tool replacement, thereby saving operational time and enhancing overall work efficiency.

During sample demonstration sessions, the CNC beam and plate metal drilling, marking, and shearing machine can effectively demonstrate its processing capabilities when operating on standard H-beam samples—with different flange widths and web thicknesses—and channel steel samples of various dimensions. The samples displayed in these demonstrations clearly illustrate the machine tool’s ability to achieve precise hole positioning, smooth tapped threads, and clear marking patterns, thus fully reflecting its high precision and reliability in practical application scenarios.
