Product feature:
1. The CNC channel steel punching and marking machine frame is constructed via C-type plate welding, featuring excellent rigidity and a spacious operating space. This machine is equipped with three die stations (one of which is a marking die station) that enable automatic die station switching. The clamping system is adaptable to various workpieces, using a zero baffle as the reference mark, while the workpiece is supported by a ball-rolling worktable. The movements of the X and Y axes are controlled by servo motors and driven by ball screws, with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) regulating the punching position—thus realizing full automation of the entire machining process. Once the workpiece program is input by the operator, it can be reused repeatedly.
2. The cnc steel drilling machine adopts CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology and servo motor feeding, delivering high operational efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.
3. Key functional components are assembled in a modular manner, facilitating convenient maintenance and repair.
4. CNC metal plate punch and mark machine enables the integration of punching, marking and drilling operations on a single metal plate.
5. The drilling machine unit is equipped with functions including rapid lowering, slow working feeding and quick retracting, which effectively enhances operational efficiency.
6. It is integrated with a fault self-diagnosis function to enable timely detection of operational anomalies.
7. The programming process is user-friendly: users may input hole diameters, hole positions and workpiece quantities into the computer. Additionally, it supports the utilization of programs generated by lofting software, or enables direct CAD/CAM conversion for program implementation.
