Machine Tool Structure and Configuration

The machine tool adopts a structural design that combines a fixed bed and a movable workpiece platform. 1. Feeding Trolley

The feeding trolley is constructed from gears, servo motors, and manipulators. 2. Feeding Channel

A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the channel, which is used to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the X-direction processing datum. The side positioning rollers realize rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction, while the side pushing mechanisms press the workpiece tightly against the side positioning rollers to ensure stable positioning.

3. Electrical System
