1. Drilling Power Head
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo-driven spindle motor, utilizing a toothed synchronous belt for speed reduction and torque enhancement to drive a custom-engineered precision spindle. The spindle features a six-row Japanese angular contact bearing arrangement (four bearings at the front and two at the rear), allowing for continuous speed adjustment. Integrated with a pneumatic tool changer, the spindle facilitates quick and efficient tool exchange. The feed motion is powered by a servo motor connected to a ball screw. Both the X and Y axes support coordinated movement and utilize semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation. The spindle nose is designed with a BT50 taper hole and is coupled with a high-speed rotary joint, enabling high-speed U-drill operations through through-spindle coolant delivery.

2. Transmission System
