Product features

 

1. The machine is primarily composed of a base, worktable, movable gantry, vertical ram-type spindle assembly, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, and an automatic chip removal mechanism.

 

2. In this machine series, the worktable and gantry are distinct components, with the gantry operating on two separate bases. This configuration substantially improves processing stability and accuracy, providing enhanced load-bearing capability.

 

3. The worktable is crafted from high-quality grey cast iron, ensuring exceptional durability and optimal performance.

 

 

The machine bed and worktable are fabricated from premium-grade gray iron (HT300), with stress relief achieved through a dual tempering heat treatment process. To minimize resonance during drilling operations and enhance the service life of the carbide drill, a distinct design for the bed and worktable has been adopted.

 

 

1. The automated chip removal and recirculating cooling systems effectively minimize downtime and reduce operator labor. The operator’s primary tasks are limited to loading and unloading workpieces and replacing the drills.

 

2. The machine is outfitted with a Taiwan BT50 spindle, designed for internal cooling and high-precision performance. It is fully compatible with carbide drills. Furthermore, the machine features a pneumatic tool cylinder to facilitate seamless tool changes. The high-power main spindle motor is driven by a servo-controlled synchronized belt, enabling it to accommodate a broad range of rotational speeds.
