Product Introduction:

This machine is a gantry-type mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine, primarily designed for drilling, tapping, and milling operations on components such as steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing rings. It supports the use of carbide drills for high-speed drilling with internal cooling. The machine is equipped with a KND or CNC system for bus control, offering ease of operation and enabling automation. 1. The machine is primarily composed of a bed, worktable, movable gantry, vertical ram-type spindle head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, and an automatic chip removal system.

2. In this series of machines, the worktable and gantry are separate, with the gantry moving along two bases. This design significantly enhances processing stability and precision while offering a high load-bearing capacity.

3. The worktable is made from high-quality gray cast iron.

The machine bed and worktable are constructed from high-grade gray cast iron (HT300), with stress relieved through two tempering heat treatments. To mitigate resonance generated during the drilling process and extend the service life of the carbide drill, the bed and worktable are designed as independent components.

1. The automatic chip removal and circulating cooling system minimize non-productive downtime and reduce labor intensity. The operator is only required to load and unload the workpiece and replace the drills.

2. The machine is equipped with a Taiwan-made BT50 spindle, featuring internal cooling and high precision. It is compatible with carbide drills. Additionally, the machine utilizes a pneumatic tool change cylinder, facilitating easier tool changes. The high-power main spindle motor is driven by a servo-driven synchronous belt, allowing it to support a wide range of rotational speeds.
